Trekking trips in Tibet follow ancient trading and pilgrimage routes. All trekking trips are supported by Mountain Experience Sherpa crews and include camping equipment and food from Nepal, as well as an English-speaking Tibetan guide, Tibetan drivers, four-wheel drive vehicles, support truck and yaks for carrying baggage and equipment.
