Food
All of our chefs are very well trained in making different dishes such as Chinese, Japanese, continental, Nepali and Tibetan. The delicious meals are hygienically prepared by our chefs. We use both local suppliers and imported foods. Special diets, including vegetarian should be requested on our booking form. We strive to cater to all your needs; however, at remote locations the possibility of meeting all your dietary requirements is sometimes impossible.
Guest Services
All of our guest relations officers speak fluent English as well as other languages. They are always ready to help you sort out a problem or answer an enquiry. They will provide you with a hot towel twice a day; once before breakfast and once before dinner.
Transport
Nepal is famous for its roads, vehicles and drivers! We are pleased to say that we run a very modern fleet with safety being our greatest concern. All drivers are given a medical check-up twice a year to make sure that they are in good health. The company uses the most reliable and up-to-date airline to ensure that your holiday is trouble free.
Equipment
We provide equipment including high quality tents such as Toread, Ozark, Kailash and North Face V.E. 25 tents, dining tent, shower tent, sitting toilet tent, kitchen tent, porter tent, gas stoves, kitchen gear, quality foam mattresses, insulated mattresses (high altitude sleeping bags for expeditions), folding tables and chairs. A first aid medical kit is provided on all our trips and Gamow bags are available.
Accommodation
The hotels that we use have long been favourites with tourists in Nepal. Our long-standing involvement with these hotels means that we receive priority treatment with bookings and service.
We work with different category hotels from no star through to five star deluxe hotels. For example, the five star Hotel Yak & Yeti, Hyatt, Radisson, the four star Malla, Royal Singi, three star Hotel Tibet, Nirvana Garden, Vaishali Hotel and for those on a low budget we offer standard accommodation such as Tilicho Hotel, Tibet Guest House and International Guest House.
